Avetect LLC was born as Avetisyan Design in 1999 by George Avetisyan from the simple premise of providing the best possible experience for their clients. We strive in creating comfortable spaces for each individual’s specific needs. Each person’s daily living needs are unique. Time and dedications from all parties is required in order for the result to become a home. Communication is key in developing lasting relationships with our clients. We approach each project as if it were our own. From budgeting to selecting the right hardware, we strive to achieve the most efficient design by utilizing our residential design and construction experience.

George (Gevorg) Avetisyan holds a Bachelors Degree in Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture and is also a licensed contractor. He personally designs each home, sculpting every residence to be charming, efficient, and pleasing to the eye. Mr. Avetisyan oversees each and every project, from schematic design all the way to the installation of finishes.
